9 am. Friday 23 April to Tuesday 27 April 2021  A Zoom Retreat with Christopher Titmuss

Zoom info:

This classical Vipassana retreat, via Zoom, will include comprehensive meditation instructions in Insight Meditation, guided meditation, a daily talk and small group meetings on the practice. The retreat offers the opportunity to go deeply into ourselves. It points to inner renewal, a deep sense of presence and pointing to fresh perceptions and insights to recognise freedom of being. Suitable for new and experienced meditators.

I have prepared a timetable for the internationals attending any of my Zoom retreats.

This is an experiment. This Zoom retreat will consist of four meetings on Zoom per day. These meetings will include a Dharma talk, mindfulness meditation instructions, guided meditations, question and answers and small group meeting to check practice..

I have added four personal meditations per day – mindful work period, two walking meditations, indoors or outdoors and one sitting meditation.

I would like to hear your response after the retreat to this approach.

Timetable includes talks, mindfulness/meditation instructions, questions and answers and guided meditation. Day includes sitting meditation, standing meditation and mindfulness of activity in the home.

The first zoom retreat with eight meetings starts on Friday morning, 23 April, 2021 at 9 AM in morning CET and finishes on Tuesday morning.

Please make every effort to attend as many sessions as possible. You can experience a mindful/meditative day at home or even in the garden using mobile phone and depending on wifi.

23-27 April Zoom replaces the weeklong residential at the Waldhaus Retreat Zentrum.

I suggested to Dharma centres to make a registration fee  for Zoom retreats of €30.00 as the centres face major financial issues due to lockdown.

To register with the Waldhaus, email info@buddhismus-im-westen.de

If you are unable to register with Waldhaus Retreat Zentrum, Nickenich, Germany, it is not a problem.

Your name is on this list as registered. If you cannot attend, do send me a quick email.

Please join on Friday morning the Zoom retreat or later if this time does not work for you.

Remember to ensure you use right time for your time zone.

UK time starts at 8 am and Israel time starts at 10 am.
