Dharma Seminar consist of morning meditation programme with instructions. Afternoon consists of exploring the depth of significance of the Noble Path in groups, small circles and one to ones. Christopher will provide PDF for participants on the Buddha's teachings on the Eightfold Path and Liberation.
Evening talks will address the challenges of the Path and Goal, plus questions and answers.
